8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, TBD

Do you have a say in choosing the materials and digital tools you use in your classroom? Apply here to attend a small, invitation-only event from 8:00-9:00 am on August 6 at RWU before the conference and get a $100 gift card for your participation! Invite your science teacher colleagues to come with you!

Concord wants to hear from you directly about technology that works, that doesn’t, and what you wish you had in your classroom. Your voice will help shape the next generation of classroom materials and digital tools for middle or high school science—designed with real teachers and students in mind.

This is not a sales pitch or product demo—you may already be using our free resources in your classes! It’s your chance to be heard, connect with fellow teachers, and share your hard-won insights.

Infusing Data Inquiry Across the Curriculum

Dan Damelin

9:45 AM – 10:30 PM, Room GHH05

Teachers explore a free web-based tool called CODAP (Common Online Data Analysis Platform) for supporting student inquiry with data. Through a unique interface, students discover insights in data. It is easy to get started and has a high ceiling for more advanced work. CODAP can process data manually or from CSV files, simulations, and sensors.
