Grant Administration

The Concord Consortium is a nonprofit educational technology research and development organization whose projects are primarily funded by the federal government. We welcome outside collaborations. This site is designed to provide potential collaborators with the federal guidelines we must all adhere to when working on federally funded projects with the Concord Consortium.

There are several categories of collaborators: individual consultants, vendors (outside services), and subawardees. If you are not clear about your collaborator status, please contact Lisa Buoncuore (lbuoncuore@concord.org).

Because proposals are submitted by, and awards are granted to the Concord Consortium and not individual Principal Investigators, Concord Consortium PIs and project staff are not authorized to submit proposals, accept grants, or execute contracts on behalf of the Concord Consortium. All proposals and contracts must be approved by Concord Consortium’s CEO or CFO. Questions may be addressed to Lisa Buoncuore (lbuoncuore@concord.org).
