Requirements

Select an oil or water environment for molecules and observe how they are affected by interactions with their environment and each other. These molecules have hydrophilic (polar) and hydrophobic (nonpolar) portions, which interact in different ways with the surrounding environment. Watch how potential energy changes as the molecules self-assemble into micelles.
