Tom Moher, Ph.D., is Emeritus Associate Professor of Computer Science and Learning Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he maintains an active research program in the design of collaborative learning environments and supporting technologies. Dr. Moher will lead technology design efforts for the project and their integration with curricular activities.
