Nanette Marcum-Dietrich, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Science Education at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Millersville University is one of the largest awardees of the Bachelor in Science Education degree. Dr. Marcum-Dietrich will lead the educational research for the project and work closely with the evaluation team to integrate formative evaluation into the project tools.
