11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Dan Damelin presents Molecular Workbench and open-license lesson modules created by the Concord Consortium. Hundreds of Molecular Workbench models and activities are available for free. And, thanks to funding from Google, we're converting Molecular Workbench from a Java-based application to Web-based software to increase access to this incredible tool for visualizing the science of atoms and molecules.
The final conference on Blended Learning has been scheduled for May 7 and 8, 2012. Delegates can expect an overview of Bryn Mawr's findings from the year-long blended learning experiment and a chance to discuss experiences, best practices and various issues surrounding blended learning with faculty involved in the project. We are also pleased to announce that President Jane McAuliffe will be hosting a welcome luncheon for us and guest speakers Dan Damelin and Ananda Gunawardena will be present some great tools — Molecular Workbench and Classroom Salon.
